How Do I Return an Item?

We really hope you are pleased with your order, however, we know that occasionally you may wish to return items to us. We are happy to offer an exchange (subject to product availability) or refund, provided the item is sent back to us within 30 days of the date you received the item and returned as you received it, unused with all labels still attached.
To send goods back to us, please download the returns form below.

Please complete all sections of the form, indicating clearly whether you require an EXCHANGE or REFUND. For our records, you may also be asked to indicate the reason for the return. A copy of the form should be enclosed with your parcel and sent to the following address:

Please ensure that any goods sent back to us are:
• in a re-saleable condition
• in the original packaging
• original labels and leaflets included
• original proof of purchase enclosed

We cannot exchange or refund any items which have been worn outside or are marked or damaged in any way.

We advise you to obtain a proof of posting and appropriate insurance as loss or damage to the parcel is your responsibility until it is received by us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the item is faulty or has been sent incorrectly.

Once we have received your returned parcel and we have checked the goods are in the condition described above, we will exchange or refund the price of the item(s). The refund is always made to the original card used and you should allow up to 21 days for this refund to be processed, although it usually takes considerably less.

Your Rights Under The Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs)
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the legal right to cancel your contract with us up to seven working days after the day on which you receive your goods. You must notify us of the cancellation of your contract by e-mail via Contact Us on the website Homepage or write to us at the above address (see Concerns and Complaints.) You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us at the above address and at your own cost. You will then receive a full refund of the price paid for the goods in accordance with your Statutory Rights.

Returning Faulty Goods

Faulty Goods and Guarantee.

In the unlikely event that something you buy from us is faulty when it arrives, we will be happy to replace it for you. Please use the Returns form above to return goods to us. If goods are found to be faulty we will return postage charges up to a maximum of £10.

If Goods Develop a Fault

Our products are guaranteed for up to a year from the date of purchase against failure due to defective workmanship or materials, though this excludes faults caused by accidents, neglect or misuse. Normal wear & tear caused by use, normal or excessive, is not a valid reason for return under guarantee. If you receive any item from us that develops a fault within the guarantee period, and which you feel is due to defective workmanship or materials, then please download the faulty goods form below.

Please note that if the problem is not immediately obvious, goods returned to us are sent on to suppliers for testing, therefore any replacements/refunds may take up to 21 days to process, although in most cases it takes less.

If goods are returned to us, you will be responsible for the return postage and the safety of the goods returned. After inspection, if the item is found to be faulty, we will refund postage charges up to a maximum of £10.

In order to comply with Health and Safety regulations, it is essential that any faulty items returned to us are in a clean and dry condition. We regret we are unable to process items which do not meet these conditions and will return such items to you.
